Maya Conrad, Realtor®, specializes in residential homes and rural residential properties. She brings over ten years of real estate experience to Coldwell Banker Sellers Realty, with combined experience as a Coldwell Banker Realtor and as the former executive director of the North Coast Regional Land Trust. As a full-time Realtor® representing buyers and sellers throughout Humboldt County, Maya Conrad was a 2013 and 2010 Coldwell Banker “Sterling Society” member, in the top 5% of realtors in 2009 and received the Humboldt Association of Realtors “Rookie of the Year” award in 2008 for outstanding real estate and community service. Prior to joining the Coldwell Banker team, Maya spent fifteen years working on land conservation and watershed planning throughout Northern California. Through her years of experience, she is very familiar with our region’s timberlands, working ranches and alternative homes. She can provide you with information on increasing comfort and value to your home through improved energy efficiency, water and septic systems, road maintenance and conservation planning for environmental and tax benefits. Native to the Pacific Northwest, Maya holds two Bachelors of Science degrees from Humboldt State University. As the former Executive Director of the Northcoast Regional Land Trust, she negotiated several large working ranch conservation easements and acquisitions emphasizing the need to protect our rural culture of sustainable ranching and timber while also preserving fish and wildlife habitats that make our area so special.
